POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

-In hospital postpartum support!
It is just as important as labor support.
Nothing beats a smooth transition with your new addition better than to have postpartum doula support in the hospital.
We will focus on the following:
-Assist with much needed selfcare (rest, shower, eat).
- Assist with lactation and nursing support. As well as other feeding methods.
- Assist with baby care.
-If a c-section birth, tips for scar mobility and healing are provided.
-Additional recourses / referrals for your postpartum journey upon request.

This package is great for:
*Scheduled c-section.
*Second+ timers who have other children at home.
*Single parents.
*Anyone else who might like support at the hospital after birth!

$100/hour
6-8 hour shifts available that can also be broken up for each day of postpartum stay.
-In Home Postpartum Support!
Some of the duties include:
*Prioritizing Rest
*Nursing and bottle-feeding support.
*Help with the emotional and physical recovery after birth.
*Light housekeeping around infant needs so that parents do not feel so overwhelmed.
*Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, and comforting.
*Light meal preparation if needed.
*Baby soothing techniques.
*Referrals to local resources.
Postpartum packages:
12 hours, $650
24 hours, $1300
48 hours, $2450​
72 hours, $3800
A La Carte $60/hr 4hr day support only
