This investment includes the following:

Monthly check-ins via facetime/ phone call. Please note you will have unlimited access if needed in between official check-ins.
Resourceful tip sheets and additional reading guides.
Three 2-3 hours (in person and virtual) sessions which include childbirth education, creating birth plan, comfort measures, lactation basics, and postpartum planning.
On call support at 37 weeks onward to your due date.
Continuous labor and birth support in person permitting hospital policy.
Up to 2 hours of care after baby is born.
Postpartum wellness visit.

This investment includes the following:

The deluxe package includes everything listed in the birth package as well as three formal lactation visits within the first 6 weeks of your postpartum journey.
First visit- Intake, Q&A, observed feeding, and feeding plan.
Second visit- In-person check in with observed feeding, and pump education.
Final visit- Virtual follow up with final feeding recommendations / resources.

This investment includes the following:

Virtual or in-person session to go over birthday logistics. We will walk through the c-section procedure, and how your support person and I can make the process the most comfortable for you. As well as postpartum preparation and planning.
